Registration includes admittance to the ACSF Symposium both days and all scheduled group meal functions.

On-line registration requires immediate payment by credit card. You may also register off-line by completeing and returning the registration form. Payment must accompany registration.

 

Substitutions and Cancellations: Substitutions are permitted at any time.  Cancellations received in writing on or before February 22, 2010 will be refunded less at 10% administrative fee.  We regret that refunds will not be available after this date.

 

Use of images: Any person who attends the ACSF Air Charter Safety Symposium grants permission to ACSF to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs and sound or video recordings, and, without notifying such person, to use those images for any purpose of ACSF, including advertisements for ACSF and its programs.
