Lodging
The Air Charter Safety Foundation has a room block at the Embassy Suites Dulles - North. The discounted rate of $170 per night plus taxes applies. The room block will be released on Monday, February 9.  To make your reservation, please contact the hotel directly by February 9 at (703) 723-5300 with the event name (Air Charter Safety Foundation Symposium –or- ACSF Symposium) to secure your guest room reservation at the group rate. The Embassy Suites Dulles - North is approximately 15 minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and a complimentary shuttle is available between the airport and hotel.

ACSF will provide transportation from the Embassy Suites hotel to the NTSB Training Center and back each day of the Symposium. Transportation to and from the evening reception and dinner on March 3 is also included with your registration.

Registration includes admittance to the ACSF Symposium both days and all scheduled group meal functions.

A complete schedule of program events will be sent to all registrants prior to the event.
