Washington, DC, March 13, 2017 — The Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) is pleased to announce that Executive Fliteways, Flexjet and Flight Options have all renewed their status on the ACSF Industry Audit Standard (IAS) Registry.

“By renewing their standing on the IAS Registry, they have demonstrated their pledge to high standards,” said ACSF President Bryan Burns. “We congratulate them on their continued commitment.”

Executive Fliteways is proud to have been one of the first FAR Part 135 companies to accept the challenge of attaining IAS registry. The ACSF audit process enabled us to develop an inclusive, cohesive and comprehensive Safety Management System that has been embraced by our employees and appreciated by our clients. The process of maintaining IAS registry helps us to maintain our focus on safety and the quality of the services that we provide the public.

“Safety of our clients, employees and the public is considered first in everything we do and passing the ACSF Industry Audit Standard confirms Flexjet’s commitment to this mission,” said Flexjet CEO Mike Silvestro. “We continuously promote and enhance our safety management system to ensure the highest level of safety in the fractional business jet market."

“We are very proud to be a part of the Air Charter Safety Foundation Registry,” said Flexjet and Flight Options Senior Vice President of Flight Operations Joe Salata. “The experience of having undergone the ACSF audit process left us with a much stronger, cohesive and safe operation.”

The IAS is the first and only extensive audit program specifically created for on-demand operators by a committee of Part 135 and 91K industry leaders. This evaluation is conducted every 24 months and evaluates, in-depth, the operator’s regulatory compliance and SMS program against both FAA and international standards.

The vision of the ACSF is to promote and enable the highest levels of safety in personal and business aviation. This goal will be achieved by:
